Dive deeper course


Dive deeper in to the world of yoga! This course is not about mastering all arm balances, or doing 20 chaturanga in a row. In fact it has very little to do with asana (pose in sanskrit), and instead we are going to dive deeper into the other aspect of yoga to get more out of our weekly physical yoga practice.

This course will be suitable for people who have at least some experience with yoga and the postures. If you have been going to yoga for a few months or have joined one of my yoga for beginner courses you are more than welcome and able to join this course.

We are going to explore and learn more about pranayama (breath work), bandhas (locks), mudras (hand gestures), drishti (visual focus) and with all of these tools we dive deeper in yoga. These are all things that can be used in every single class you will take, as well as in your life off your yoga mat.
