I think it was about 15-20 balls

2 cups of dates (pitted)
1.5 cups of nuts (I used mainly walnuts, some cashews and almonds)
1 tsp Vanilla essense
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
1/3 cup raw cacao powder
1 Tbsp chia seeds
up to 1 tsp coconut oil (start with .5 tsp I would say and add more until they have are moist but not dripping with fat haha)
shredded coconuts for coating

1. Blend nuts in a high speed blender
2. Blend dates in a high speed blender (can be skipped but makes it a lot easier on the blender later if the dates are in smaller pieces)
3. Put all the ingredients together in the blender and mix thoroughly
4. Roll in to balls and coat in coconut put in fridge until serving (if they are quite wet from dates or coconut oil, you can out the mixture in the fridge for however long you want a make the balls when the mixture is a little bit colder)
