Outdoor Yoga in Sussex

We are so lucky to have access to such beautiful nature around us to explore. The outdoor classes and events all vary slightly depending on location and time of year. But they are all designed with the main aim and purpose to help us feel good, have fun and connect to both the inner and outer world.

The Details
The day, time and location will depend on the type of event and most importantly: the weather.

The rough schedule I try to follow can be found here. But most of the classes will be announced a week ahead to allow me to check the forecast. This will minimise the chance for cancelled classes due to poor weather, however, the forecast may still change or be wrong. For more info about cancellations click here.

To find out about the upcoming classes as they are announced sign up to this mailing list or join this Whats App group

I will bring tea and snacks to almost all the events for us to enjoy afterwards, so if you don’t need to rush off it is a lovely opportunity to linger in the atmosphere a bit longer.

What to bring
When you book I will send a list of what you need to bring for each event, I have mats and other equipment for you to borrow if you need it.

The Yoga
The yoga classes will vary depending on event, but they will all be suitable for all levels and ages. Unless stated differently they will focus on stretching, improving our connection to the body and feeling good in general.

Usually a few challenges, adaptable to all levels are thrown in to make it fun and laughter is wholly encouraged.

We will finish all classes in Savasana, the final resting position, where we lie on our back to soak it all in, the location, the sun and the practice itself. Our body temperature will drop here, so I highly recommend bringing a blanket or a warm hoodie to drape over yourself.
