Candle Lit Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath


Join us for a deeply relaxing and restful experience with our Candle Lit Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath Class.

The Yoga
You will be guided through a sequence of poses that are specifically designed to help you release tension and quiet your mind. By holding the poses for an extended period of time, you’ll be able to sink into a state of deep relaxation and allow your body to let go of stress.

The Sound Bath
The second part of the class it the sound bath element, which comes from the use of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments. These sounds are known for their healing properties and ability to promote relaxation and balance in the body. The vibrations of the instruments can help you release tension and promote a sense of inner calm.

To make the experience even better, the whole evening will be done by candle light to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The soft glow of the candles will help you unwind and let go of stress, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience.

Finish
We will then finish off with some tea and grounding snacks before entering the rest of our weekend feeling blissed out.

The Details
The class is held in Beechwood Hall, Cooksbridge BN7 3QG. There is plenty of parking on-site and Cooksbridge train station is less than 5 minutes walk away. There are also toilet and a full kitchen on site.

Come and nurture yourself with this wonderful opportunity to connect with your body, quiet your mind, and experience deep relaxation and healing.

It’s a mini retreat, you’ll emerge feeling well-rested and refreshed.

Bring your own mat, block, bolster/pillow, blanket and eye pillow if you have, message me if not and we will sort it out.
Cosy clothes and warm socks encouraged.

It is £30 for the evening or £50 for two friends

  • There is free parking at the hall
  • The class is usually held once a month on a Friday at either 5.30 pm or 7.30 pm
